How to request repair/replacement brown external box please ?

Hello there, 

I hope this is the right board for this query, apologies if not. Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of how to request a repair to the external brown cable box please ? The cover has snapped off completely and a tangled of loose wires and cable are at the mercy of the weather. I've attempted to fix it and failed. 

Is there a way to request a repair online please ?

Hi Zak, 

Hoping you can help- I have the same issue. Brown box has been damaged and lid is now gone in storm- wires exposed.

Further to this the wires to the street are not actually underground like they should be; when we moved in 1 year ago it was like this.

Sorry to hear the box has been victim to the storm, so I can arrange a technician to fix this and sort the cabling I'll need a few details from you.

Hi,

Hoping you can help me as well with the same issue. I moved into a new place and used a self install kit to set up the connection, however the cover of the brown box has been missing since the beggining and many wires are exposed.

Any help in getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated.
