Have Been on the phone and stupid whsts app for three days trying to leave.
No one actually answers these .seems impossible to leave

In your case, I suspect the ombudsman (actually a body called CISAS) won't be able to help - they can only get involved after you've raised a formal complaint, and remain dissatisfied with VM's response. In practical terms, most customers also need to wait eight weeks from the complaint being lodged to involving CISAS, so it isn't a quick process.
