How to complain when there are no managers available?
Does anyone know how to lodge a complaint when the phone number puts you through to a call centre in the Philippines and they refuse to put you through to a manager as there are none available. The same as last time I complained.
Finally a manager becomes available and told it is a 5 minute wait. I waited over 35 minutes and the total call length was over an hour before being disconnected.
I have tried online chat but this is not available at the moment??
Now on the phone again stuck in a queue for 15 mins.

Write a letter. It is the best way of lodging a complaint. It has to be officially recorded and dealt with. Large companies will do pretty much anything to have you drop/close the complaint in case you go off to the omburdsman and there is a judgement against them. Well except parking companies, they just see it as part of the process.
