How to Check my Account details

I would like to see  the full name that has been registered to my Virgin cable account. -I suspect that it is not the same as my O2 account .

On logging into my Virgin account and attempting to view my Contract details. I just receive the following message

'Unfortunately we don't have a digital copy of your current contract.

This may be because your contract dates back to before 2018 or you requested paper.'

I think that I may have answered my own question. It appears that my full name is printed on my Virgin Bill

Though I see that in Virgin account settings you have an option of setting how you wish to be referred as !

I trust that my bill uses my actual account details.

Thanks John. It is all resolved. - Ones Account name is as shown on the monthly bill. Mine had a spelling mistake and so I fired off

the change of details form and it was corrected by Virgin with 24hrs.
