Yesterday I switched packages during a phone call with VM. VOLT was part of the new package and the O2 emails arrived during the phone call. Other O2 emails arrived soon after. I expect the SIM very soon.
How long before the TV/Broadand/Phone changes are applied?
During the call, the operator had to manually make the changes to the package but I thought she said they would be in effect immediately. She suggested I could even reset my router to see the change in speed if I didn't want to wait for them. I've done all of that and still no change yet.
I assume 24/48 hours but could it take longer?

It seemed I had a complex package change - An upgrade and downgrade at the same time.
A long call on 150 and it is now resolved.
