How long for a credit to be applied/contract updates to show?

How long does it take for a credit to be applied to my account?

I was told yesterday it should show up today, but no sign yet...

My contract hasn't been updated yet either, despite showing at the top: "Service Change Receipt. You've recently made a change to your package, here's a handy summary of how your package now looks", It's still got the previous (expired) contract's details and dates...

Hi Rob,

It has not been fully resolved unfortunately. The credit has been applied, but my contract still hasn't updated yet.

Hi Funkynutz

If a contract has been amended then it wouldn't show online as having updated as it only shows as updated on the actual account. 

If the contract has been redone then you should have this within 10 working days via email from the time it has been changed. 
if you don't have this and it has been more than 10 days since you have arranged this with us please pop back to my PM so I can arrange to re request this for you.
