My Virgin account was closed on March 4th, although for some reason they still think I have a mobile service with them. I don't, I cancelled everything.

I have yet to receive a refund of a credit on my account.

How long do they normally take before refunding any credit?

I cannot telephone them as I am very hard of hearing and struggle with telephone calls.

You should receive any refund cheque by post around 45 days after the final bill was produced by Virgin.

As @newapollo has correctly advised any credits on the account will be refunded by postal cheque around 45 days after the final bill was produced.
