Does anyone know how to actually receive a response to complaints which have been ongoing for months and weeks? Being ignored.

If a complaint has already been raised and is being worked then there isn't much we can do as it starts everything back to the start.
Speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can check the status of your complaint.
Can you give us an idea about what the complaint is about? There may be some general advice we can offer in the meantime.
