How do I know if cancellation is being actioned?

I sent notification by writing to Virgin to cancel my broadband at the end of my contract (26th August).

 

How do I know that they have received this and are actioning it?

 

I've heard stories of virgin just ignoring it and carrying on regardless.

Did you request a signature on delivery/tracking?

If so that'll tell you when it was delivered and that's when the 30 day notice is taken from.

Other than that an email is usually sent to say "sorry you're leaving us"

Quickest solution is to jump on the WhatsApp and ask there or perhaps a mod will confirm or deny your cancellation in the coming days
