Hello,
I have just changed my Virgin Package and I now have Netflix Standard included within the package. How do I activate it?
I have seen other threads with similar questions which seem to refer to an email. But I have not received any emails that could relate to this, either in my inbox or the Spam box.

I am sorry you are having issues with your Netflix activation. Have you received an activation email from us? Or when you log into your my virgin media account, can you see an activation button?

The answer to both questions is 'no'. I have also checked in the Spam area of my emails.

I am sorry, there is an issue with some Netflix activations, our team are working on getting new activation emails sent out asap, keep us posted if you receive anything
