How can I report a fault at the moment?

An engineer was working on the street outside earlier today and he has done something to mess up our broadband. Hub is sitting there with an amber light despite lots of restarts. The fault checker thinks it is all ok, and all the other help articles go around in circles. Call centre is closed and I can’t find a way of emailing them. There must be some way of contacting them.

Hi Richard, 

With regards to the light showing on your Hub, the sequence you've described isn't conducive to there being a connection issue with the equipment. 

First I'd suggest that you take a look at the help page here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband
