I have the same problem 🙄. I don’t even remember what it’s for, apparently I was with them in 2016 and 17 for something, but I don’t know what as I’ve been with sky tv for yrs and giffgaff on my phone for yrs. Apparently I owe them £30 that didn’t get paid from 2018. Wish I knew what it was for.
So frustrating as it’s affecting my ability to get a credit card and all I want is £300 for a new bike. SIGH.
