Hi i need to change account number

  • On my app its showing an old account number I need my new one on there so I can view my order and bill date thanks

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear the app is showing your old Account Number. I've taken a look on our end and can see you have already spoken to our teams in regard to this, who have advised the correct information.

As you have mentioned this is to view your order, we would not be able to transfer your My Virgin Media account just yet. Once you've been installed for more than 48 hours, please feel free to pop back and one of the team will be able to assist in getting this transferred.
