I am trying to help an elderly couple who don’t use email or the internet, but are paying way too much to virgin Edina.
They don’t understand the internet, I have an account number but can only access a “secondary” account. They have 3 usernames attached to the account. What can I do to see a bill?

Call in with one of them present (the account holder preferably) if they don't know the password one can be sent through the post, and when received you can look at the package etc over the phone.

We got the letter, but for some reason they have 3 usernames on the account and the one we got a password for is the secondary account and cannot view bills! Help,
