Good morning was offered a bill credit when I joined Virgin due to cancellation charges from Sky. It has never been applied to my account despite numerous phone calls and messages. My last bill wasn't paid and spoke to an agent raised a complaint to get the £100 credited to cover outstanding bill buy my complaint apparently was to do with technical issues even though the agent said it was to do with the credit. I'm going to be charged a fee and possibly service restrictions and I'm highly passed off that a simple request can't be done. Can someone please help or pit me in touch with an agent to get this sorted or I will leave and change supplier

Who offered it? It isn't routine and you will need proof.
You will need to pay your bill or your credit rating may be impacted.

I'm very sorry to hear about the situation regarding the missing credit.
I have been able to locate your account and will private message you so we can look into this.
To confirm though without some form of proof from the credit we wouldn't be able to add this.
