Help! Cannot get account verification email

Hi,

I have been trying multiple times to set up my online VM account, however every time I click to send an account verification email, nothing comes through (I have checked my junk folders etc).

Any ideas?

IHI Andy276, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are not receiving the verification link, it can take 24 hours for this to be received. Can you confirm if that timeframe has passed? ^Chris
