I was referred by a friend in September 2018. The friend has now received his £50 discount, but I haven't. I've made several phone calls to Virgin to try and resolve the problem but got nowhere. Apparently I need to provide a confirmation email of referral. I set up my account when VM contacted me by phone, but never received an email confirming the friend referral. I do have a copy of the referral email my friend send however. Why offer a discount to both parties if you're only going to give it to one?
