I placed my broadband +phone package on 20 Mar, expected equipment delivery on 23 Mar. No confirmation email received after order summary email. In stead, I received a Gone Away form email. Is anybody can help? Since I called all cs hotline and nobody could located my account.

Still no one solving my problem. Self install broadband equipment not delivered. No welcoming emails indicating my account number.
Christy said the issue is due to there is still an active account at my address which is holding up my order, but nobody inform me after three days, until I ask!
i have absolutely no idea how this could happened. I’m supoise to have my broadband today but Virgin Media couldn’t answer me whether I could have it tomorrow!
