Hello
Hoping there is someone that can help with this.
I am moving home. Virgin is not available at my new property. I have spoken to them 4 times to cancel. They keep redirecting me and ending the call. Yes I am very polite as I used to work in CS. All I want to do is cancel the package in advance so I am not charged.
My initial bill was £27.99. They are wanting to increase this to £54.99 for Broadband only, no TV😲
For ease of move I would have stayed with Virgin, however, it is not at my new property.
Surely it is illegal to not let a consumer cancel the package if they are not in contract...
What to do? I am of course going to cancel my direct debit, I just need to know that the service has been cancelled. Sorry about the waffle. It's really frustrating 😐🙄
