I have game out a broadband deal in September from a 3rd party.
They said virgin would contact me in how I can claim £150 vouchers.
I have heat nothing, tried texting and sent an email to customer complaints - no reply

Thanks for coming back to us @badger4, can you tell me if you've been issued with any E-Mails or notifications from the Carphone Warehouse that can confirm the awarding of the vouchers?
If you do, does this E-Mail contain any terms and conditions or contact E-Mail addresses?
