Hi my services got taken down with a late payment I have now paid it but it’s been a few hours and still not on is this because it’s a Sunday? Thanks

No, day of the week doesn't matter. Depending on how you paid it, it may take up to 4 hours or more before it clears on the system. You can try simply restarting the equipment as I've seen it happen a few times where a Late payment disconnect was removed hours ago but the Hub for some reason didn't sync up to remove the restriction and a restart there on resolved it.
