I had a call yesterday from Virgin Sales offering me a better deal if I kept my phone line (currently in the process of moving to broadband only package).
Unfortunately I got disconnected before the call was complete. I have spoken with Customer care and in bound sales, which can see the notes on file and the deal that was offered but they can't match it as its a outbound sales deal only.
They said I may get a back back from the out bound sales, so my question is how do you get in touch with outbound sales?
i dont think you can - i was given a direct line number for them a while ago but it just gets retentions - you can try retentions again and see if they can put you through - apart from that all you can do is wait for them to contact you
