Free - means free!

So - offered a 'free' wifi booster which I couldn't apply for as it wouldn't accept my phone number - so I complained the system wouldn't accept the number.

Was sent a wifi booster and found that I had a charge for the booster and additional charge for installation. I called and was told it was a system generated message and not to worry.

Guess - what - bill comes out today and I was charged for the unit and installation.

Hey Virgin - Free means free. Free - not charged for, gratis, gifted.

I don't expect to have to keep reminding you of the dictionary definitions.

I'm sorry to hear that you were charged for your booster.

We'll need to take a look at this for you in more detail. In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.
