Free gift still not received after 3 months!

Hello,

I signed up to VM and services activated 14.1.2023

 

Awaiting delivery of gift TV.

Contacted virgin media at least 14 times and getting absolutely nowhere

Could you please explain exactly what is going on?

I am approaching 4 months now

We are very sorry to hear you are waiting on delivery of your free gift, we will do all we can to help.

Can you please confirm if you signed up to the package directly with ourselves or via a third party? 

Also, is the TV listed within your contract with us?

I have now got a tracking number for the TV, delivering Tuesday.  Until it's in the house I won't believe it, only took 4 months
