I have been on the Volt package now for a couple of months and need to know how to access free Netflix. Using the Netflix app just asks me to start a plan can’t see a way of signing in with my Virgin account.

Is free Netflix part if your contract when you signed up months ago?

It wasn’t free when you purchased the bundle. To get it now, I believe you need to re-contract for another 18 month minimum contract term.

I’m already on an 18 month contract from January so if that’s the situation I think I’ll give it a miss.

Hi @webbc, thanks for your post here in the community.

As @Ernie_C has mentioned, if the Netflix bundle wasn't incorporated or available at the point you took out the contract within your package, then yes you would need to take out a new 18 month contract for the relevant package where it's included.

I appreciate you may have already made your decision based on this information, but I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any more advice.

Many thanks
