Forgotten memorable word

Nice and quick one hopefully. Had to set up a new memorable password a few years ago and today while trying to call Customer Services I realise that it was in fact not memorable. How do I go about getting this sorted? Can anyone on here help?

Customer Services can ask you alternative security questions and then reset the memorable word.

They can currently also send a reminder through the post to your registered account address.

In the IVR if you get it wrong a couple of times it'll put you through to a person.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community! 

As the great @BenMcr has stated above, you should be able to get through to a representative regardless of forgetting your memorable word.

Once through they'll be able to ask you secondary questions that are related to your account. 

If you do face any further troubles respond to this and we'll take a further look into this for you.
