Hello board!

So I'm trying to log into our account for the first time in years and we have of course forgotten our password. Going through the security answers (which we know, luckily) but then get taken to a page that just says:

"Oops, something's broken. We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted.

This part of the site isn't working at the moment, but it'll be up and running again soon.

Other parts of the site might be working as normal, so try using the links below to help you find what you want."

From the looks of it, resetting your password online isn't something VM supports anymore?! We don't have a working landline so we're going to have to pay for a phone call to reset an account password... that literally every other company has no problem doing online. Is there really no other way?

Yes, just trying to log into "my account" on the general online website. Wanted to see what broadband packages there were for existing customers. 🙂
