So I'm trying to log into our account for the first time in years and we have of course forgotten our password. Going through the security answers (which we know, luckily) but then get taken to a page that just says:

From the looks of it, resetting your password online isn't something VM supports anymore?! We don't have a working landline so we're going to have to pay for a phone call to reset an account password... that literally every other company has no problem doing online. Is there really no other way?
