Hi everyone,
So, I tried phoning customer support to cancel the price increase, but I am asked a password for online support I set up years ago which I completely forgot. I insisted on the phone but there was no way for me to get through without it. How can I change it, please? I have been trying to get in touch with ANY human being for almost two weeks now, failing miserably every time. This is getting more and more frustrating.
