First month

Hi I am in my first month with virgin and you have restricted my services three times this week . Your call centre refused to help demanding payments because credit limit breached yet it was extended to cover first bill. The online team sorted the issue only for it to happen again I’m disgusted in the service and treatment we are getting and then you ignore us when we ask for help sort this issue out now once and for all it’s stressful and wrong

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing this problem. 

 

Due to this being your first bill, you will be charged pro rate meaning the bill is larger than normal. On occasion, this can result in a bill exceeding the credit limit. 

 

Are you still restricted at the moment at the moment?
