First bill

Just looked at virgin app and it’s showing a bill from 27th January to 27th February. And it’s for 2 months cost.

I only had the virgin install on 18th February?

Hey scratchy76,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

Did the team not advise you of the way that the first bill with us works, they should have explained this, when you signed up with us, I'm sorry if that didn't happen.

Has the link from ubisoft helped to explain this for you?

I get how the first bill works but I am being charged from 27th of January and the installation only happened on 18th February
