Over a month ago I returned an unwanted set top box in the packaging which you sent to me. I have a receipt from the designated Yodel drop off point. You have sent me several reminders and recently a “Final” one saying I will be charged for the equipment. I’ve responded to all your requests and been unable to find help in Emailing you a photo of the Receipt and of the pre-addressed label which was securely fixed to the returned packaged.. Please help me. I’m 83 years old and have been trying for over 2 months to sort this problem
