Final bill in credit

I've had a final bill and I'm in credit £96. I've been waiting ages for it. Can this be looked at please.

How long is 'ages'? VM's stated time is up to 45 days from disconnection for a refund to be paid.

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, its great to have you here. 

I am so sorry that you have faced issues receiving your refund after cancelling services with us. Can I ask when the cancellation took place? 

It can take up to 45 days after disconnection for a cheque to be generated and sent out.

It was about 19th February. I wonder why we have to wait 45 days for money owed to us and via a cheque even though I paid DD.

Virgin don't let us pay money owed to them after 45 days!!!
