Final bill credit

I have left virgin and received my final bill which advises there is a large credit due to myself. When will this be returned?

will this be via bank transfer or cheque??

Thanks for your post.

The refund is usually by cheque, but now we can do BACS refunds, providing the Direct Debit is still active.

This can take up to 14 days from the disconnection date. Chequers take around 30 days plus postage time.

I cab check what is happening for you.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.

Hi, I have not had a message form yourself. I have don’t have a direct debit but I did use the same card to pay the bill each month
