I am utterly exasperated with the inability of virgin to fulfill its contract.

The stated they would credit my account after they put up my prices.

They have failed to do so and said they cannot credit a DD payment.

I need to go to my bank and make a claim against virgin.

Lucky for me my contract is up next month.

Every year I always have problems with agreed contracts.

The system is running the show and manual intervention is painfull.
