Ex VM customer - need to download old bills

Is there any way for me to access my old bills? I am no longer Virgin Media customer.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and for your query!

If you previously had access to your online MyVirginMedia account and are able to sign in, you should be able to view your old bills going back up to 12 months. 

If you're having some issues with accessing your former online account, you can take a look at our Login Problems page for some further assistance.
