I have had Essential Broadband before then upgraded to M50.
I recently applied for it again and twice have been informed that the details on the application do not match the details VM hold!
As nothing has changed I am at a loss as to what to do.
I tried online chat and was told I had to complete the form!

We're not able to implement this here via the Community. Instead please ensure you are filling out the form here. Make sure you are using the details for your current Virgin Media account and the team will then be in touch with you to discuss things further.
