Error in number of TV boxes on Virgin connect app

Some years ago I had two V6 boxes and I decided to reduce this to only one. I had the box removed from the house and I assumed this was recorded on my account. When I signed in to Virgin connect app yesterday to do a speed test and discovered I'm still registered with two TV boxes? How do I get the second box removed from my records and have I been paying for a second V6 box in error? Help required! 😱🤦

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box, if the TV box is showing on the connect app, that just means that it was a device that was connected to your network, so that would remain on the list but this doesn't mean that you're still being charged, does it show on your online bill or account the amount of boxes that you have and how much you're being charged.
