Error code Def01

Hi, I have just had virgin media installed and trying to set up an account and it keeps coming up with DEF01 error code.

Any help please Virgin?

Sorry to see you're having some issues setting up your online account.

Can you confirm if you've tried clearing the cache and cookies? 

Do you have another email address you could try?

welcome to the club been like this for months mine stopped working in Feb . .  new account last month and still waiting  😞
