I can't setup an account to report network issues with a new Hub 5 delivered today as I keep getting an error code when signing up a Virginmedia Account. Please fix this issue so that I can learn how to fix the issue with the router with a flashing red light.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account setup. Please could you try to create your account via incognito or private browsing mode? I hope that this will work for you, please let us know if that helps at all.
