Gathering a nice wee collection of hubs here, would a nice forum team member help in sending out the return packaging for 2 separate old accounts here please.

I've emailed, applied online and requested via chat but not wanting a charge for something I'm trying to return without much success

Hi Nathan, yes I followed the guide but there is zero confirmation that it's processed or accepted.

Do I just wait for a parcel to drop through the postbox and if it doesn't I'm charged for equipment that has zero resale value (seems a bit one sided)

Wish we could just flag down a passing VM van and be done with it.

Apologies that is the case here - just to confirm when did you complete this? 

 

Honestly it wont come to that so don't worry. We do have other methods available if the above fails.
