Equipment return packaging

I am leaving the country and have cancelled my plan effective 9th October 2018. Spoke to them twice over the past one month and each time they told me they will send per-paid packaging to my address so that I can return the old equipment and leave the package at any post office. Unfortunately nothing has come. I only have a few days left now and don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?

You won't get the packaging untill your service has disconnected on the 9th

Strangeland is correct. The returns packaging does not get sent out until after the cancellation date

Since I am leaving the country on the day of disconnection, how else can I return the equipment if VM is only going to send me the packaging after disconnection? Are there any other ways to return (other than going into a VM store)?

We're not able to send the returns packaging untilt he account has disconnected I'm afraid. 

You can take the equipment in to the nearest VM store however please ensure you get a returns receipt and keep it for your records Smiley Happy

Hi Katy/Forum Team

Since I am clearing out my flat and taking a flight on 9th Oct, I will be hard pressed to go to a VM store to drop the equipment that same day.

Can you please give me the address of VM where I can send the equipment at my own cost? I will hand over the equipment to a friend who can post it to VM after I have left.

Your friend could just go in your place to VM store. No need to post and just a case of them getting and keeping the receipt too.

 

Or go the day before etc. You have options.
