I returned my equipment to Virgin and received an email from them to say I didn't put the broadband box in, which i did. I put the 2 tv boxes and broadband box in, so they're saying I still owe the £40.00. I've had nothing but hassle since trying to leave Virgin and now this. Where do I stand?
