I booked an engineer to move a TV box, should the appointment be shown on my app under appointments as it shows no bookings?

Hey @HornetUK, thanks for reaching out to us on the forums.
I've had a look and I can confirm that the booking has gone through.
The type of booking it is is classed differently on our end and will not show up on the app.
However, I can guarantee that it is booked in 🙂
