Hi first time posting here so apologies if the wrong forum.
Is there anyway to get in touch with someone to lodge a complaint about a Virgin Engineers who was visiting a neighbouring property. To put it simply, the engineer was on my property repairing the neighbours cable when I went outside to let him know that a car would be coming in shortly and for him to be careful as did not want him accidentally getting hurt.
The engineers response was basically downright rude so would like to let Virgin know of this issue, typically can't find a contact number, the chat bots don't work unless you're phoning about their services. Not unsurprising but frustrating
