Before the first 12 month contract comes to an end; is it not usual to be informed it is actually doing so?(I'm on a 12 monthly contract). I must admit I seldom log onto my Virgin account and my monthly bill is by direct debit. Anyhow, I've just noticed my monthly has risen from approx' £30 pm to £44 pm. When I looked at my on line Virgin account I see that a year has now passed so I am now being charged the full price instead of the introductory offer. I just surprised I wasn't given written notice on this.
