Email received from Virgin asking to pick up kit

Hellsbells28
On our wavelength

Hi..

I've received an email from virgin media asking to pick up my old router that was replaced earlier this year.

It wants me to click on a link to arrange a date but I'm concerned it could be a scam as I can't verify the senders address (noreply@contactengine.com).

The email does contain parts of my name and address and the serial number of the router so it does appear genuine.

Can anyone put my mind at rest?

Many thanks

Hellsbells

Hi Hellsbells28,

Thanks for letting me know 🙂 If there's anything else I can help you with please do get in touch!

Thank you,

Serena

Hi Serena

I replied to your personal email on Friday, giving the details you requested,  so you could arrange for the equipment to be picked up.

Have you managed to organise anything?

Many thanks
