Email mistake

Hello,

When signing up to virgin media over the phone, the operator appears to have entered my email address wrong. Due to this, I do not know what my account number is and thus cant get help through the usual customer services. Money is being taken but I have not been sent a bill.

I am unsure how to rectify this issue as all access to help I have found either requires an email address or an account number.
