Hi there,
I called Virgin Media to cancel my broadband contract on 9th May. Despite calling back again on two occasions and asking for email confirmation of this cancellation, I haven't yet received any. Please could Virgin Media send me a confirmation email as soon as possible.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for the confusion over this. It's not something we normally do, the cancellation would just happen as per the request made. Thanks very much for your reply and your PM - I have now called Virgin Media again and they have sent me a confirmation that my contract has been cancelled via email.
