I'm in the same boat. Virgjn don't have a clue whats going on.

I made the same point as you, I'm a virgin customer so them struggling to get the vouchers from edenred has nothing to do with me, that's for virgin to deal with.

I've just emailed edenred direct. See how this goes.

I may send virgjn a CCJ. If this continues. I've been waiting 8 months on the 30th
