Early cancellation with no penalties

Hi. Did anyone else get an email from Virgin stating that because of increased charges you can cancel your contract early without penalties?

I'm sure I did but now cant find it.

Even if you don't cancel, you will be able to negotiate a below new customer deal once you have given the 30 day notice.
